A lovely red witch whose burns with passion! Considering she has a scythe though, I'm gonna guess her passion isn't about love.... :o (Eek) 

Drawn in Paint Tool Sai! Colored in Photoshop! Could've done it in either program, but eh, I like Sais lineart capabilities and I'm simply used to Photoshops awesome coloring capabilities Sweating a little....
